1. What the manager does
Organizes the approved release queue in Drive, checks files and tracks preparation, scheduling and confirmation. It is designed for private use by A&H and its authorized team, without public registration.
2. How it works
Approved release → sanitization → verification → scheduling → publication → confirmation. The destination account, caption, media order and timing are defined in the approval. Sanitized copies undergo integrity checks; originals are preserved.
3. Why connect Google
Drive provides access to released materials and stores copies and results in authorized folders. Gmail.send sends operational alerts to the responsible person; the manager does not read the inbox. Account holders review access authorization in Google and can revoke it.
4. Deployment status
Drive and Gmail connected and tested. Instagram @alder.hale is connected to Buffer; deployment of the Oracle executor is pending; publication and formats depend on validation and an approved pilot. YouTube will be a separate future integration. The service is not presented as Google-verified or as fully enabled.
